I wrote some client feedback to HTV the other day. And HTV replied. They thought it was regrettable that I’ve had problems with my Welho Pro, offered me a 20 euro reduction in the next bill and hoped that our customer relationship would continue in a pleasing way. HTV (i.e. the person that contaced me) also hoped that the problems would be over now. I really hope so too, and that’s all I can do in this end of the line, hope, and enjoy a 20 euro rebate in the next bill.
